Experimental photographer based in Reykjavik. Through ontological experimentation looks to push perceptions of photographic technology. (Sometimes I scan images in upside down by mistake and claim that’s what I’m actually doing).
Photography has the inherent ability to flatten our entire lives into timeless images of tone, shadows and highlights. Questioning how we interact with the technology behind this phenomenon we can begin to see how it informs how we read the world around us. How our interactions, perceptions and ideas of our reality are shaped by the tools we use to view it. That and just using disposable cameras to catch friends sneezing.
